Dmitriy Nazarenko spent 10 years DJing in the hometown of Smolensk, he became a local star, a trendsetter, he introduced the city to hard-hitting techno and made it widespread. Because of him electronic music is predominant in Smolensk nowadays. But he moved on. Now he goes under the name of K.A.T.A., lives in Saint-Petersburg and makes his own productions. He teamed up with a young label called heptagram in order to help shaping the rave scene in Russia for the better.
